Terms and Conditions of Sale & Use

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Ilkadora website. By using this website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Definitions

Customers or visitors to this web site are referred to as “you”. Ilkadora is referred to as “us” or “we”.

Security & Order Confirmation

We accept all type of Cards via Paypal, Virtual POS or Bank Transfer.

If you pay by credit or debit card, your details are handled by us on a secure server using encryption. While it is impossible for any web site to be completely impregnable to fraud, our system of a secure server and encryption offers a good level of security.

When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order including transaction and order reference numbers. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we process payment for your order.

When we accept your order, we will send a Despatch Confirmation E-mail.

Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Despatch Confirmation E-mail to have been despatched do not form part of that contract.

If you have incorrectly entered your email address your confirmation and despatch email will fail. So long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect your order.

Failure by us to send a receipt confirmation email or despatch confirmation email in no way invalidates your offer or our acceptance of your offer.

Post & Packaging

All shipments will be shipped by Postal Mail Standard Shipping (Signed For Delivery) pending on credit card authorization

Your item is delivered to its destination by the registered postal service of that country. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee), which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letterbox. If no-one is available to sign for the item then it will be retained by the postal administration. for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee.

The shipping will be executed within a few days or weeks depending on delivery address
• For all orders in Spain: 3 to 5 working days
• For all orders outside Spain, within the EU: 8- 10 working days
• For all other international orders: 16- 20 working days

We also offer Express and Priority shipping
• For all orders in Spain: 24 hours
• For orders outside Spain within EU: 1- 3 working days
• For all other international orders: 7- 8 working days

Shipping is calculated at the time of ordering and depends on which shipping method is available to your location.

Orders received on weekend days (Saturday or Sunday)or Bank holidays will not begin processing until the following business day

FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. We will not send any order without one. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for the failure of an order to arrive.

Time is not of the essence in relation to this contract.

You will receive the articles in padded enveloped (inside a small white jewelry bag with our logo to carry them in your handbag) and a enclosed receipt of your purchase

Damage & Tracing Parcels

If you are unhappy with a purchase from our website, we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) working days of the original shipping date.

Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange.

You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns and exchanges, and the items must not have been altered in any way. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges.

If products are not delivered please contact us for details of the tracking and tracing procedure.

If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period of time has elapsed, we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.

When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Prices & Product Details

All prices quoted are in Euros.

Prices include VAT at the current Spanish rate. Orders despatched to countries within the EU will be charged at the VAT inclusive price. Exports outside the EU will be charged net of VAT.

We endeavour to ensure that the information shown on the web site is as accurate as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those regarding price. We reserve the right to make changes to our web site including prices, products and terms & conditions without any notice being given.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

If your order is not available, we will notify you immediately via e- mail allowing you to exchange it for an alternative product or a complete refund.

We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining authorisation beforehand

Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to Website purchases only, and not to purchases made in person at our shops.

Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase, unworn and unused, in their original packaging, at the purchaser's expense. Refunds will be made by the original payment method, as soon as the items are received. Postage in either direction will not be refunded. Please quote your original order reference when returning goods. We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods which fail to reach us.

Gift Vouchers

Orders can also be made by post or telephone. The original Voucher must be received by us before the order is despatched. The value of the Voucher must cover both goods and postage costs. No change will be given against Gift Vouchers, but additional payment by cheque or credit card will be accepted. Gift Vouchers are valid indefinitely from date of purchase.

Title

The title for goods supplied remains with us until full payment has been received.
